Agreements & Use

By accessing r3recover.com or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our facilities without a legal guardian.

 

Health & Safety

The R3 Flow involves extreme temperatures (Cold Plunge/Sauna). You represent that you are in good physical health and have consulted a physician if you have underlying cardiovascular or respiratory conditions. Use of the facility is at your own risk.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late-cancel fee.
• No-shows will result in the loss of the session credit or a designated fee for unlimited members.

 

Code of Conduct

We maintain a sanctuary environment. R3 Recover reserves the right to terminate memberships for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe to other members or staff.

 

Limitation of Liability

R3 Recover is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from use of services.

 

Waiver Requirement

All clients must sign a liability waiver before participating.
