Went in today for the first time after a big swim in the ocean just looking for a sauna , this facility is really badass and they had quite a bit more . Sammy at the front desk was very nice and friendly and explained everything to me and my buddy and brought us through the whole wellness routine from compression to sauna to cold plunge hot tub to red light room. Left feeling like I had just hit a speedball , totally relaxed but also refreshed and energized for the day. In the zone 100%. . Will be returning for sure . Not even a review guy typically but was such an excellent experience I felt I had to leave one .

This place is hands-down the best investment I can make. It relaxes me so much and gets me ready for my busy day. Sammy at the front desk is so helpful and nice, And very knowledgeable about all the different modalities. They offer compression on hips, arms, and legs (I recommend legs and arms at the same time, feels so good!) And then you go to the sauna, then cold plunge (There are two cold plunges one is colder than the other, but both are very cold still) And finish with medical grade red light therapy. The facilities are immaculate and beautifully designed. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing way to spend my birthday. The recovery studio was clean, calming, and so well set up with the sauna, hot tub, and cold plunges. Natalie was incredibly helpful walking me through everything and making the experience feel easy and welcoming. Left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already excited to come back.

R3 Recovery Center is where it’s at! Living in a restless, fast paced society, rest and recovery are a huge component in having a balanced life and thriving in it. I love the structure and the entire experience at R3, the staff is so friendly and made sure I was comfortable. If you aren’t resting and recovering, you gotta start here at R3, they have every healing modality from compression, sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi and red light therapy. The eye cream and moisturizers were a nice touch! Thank you Kara, Sami and team!

My new favorite recovery spot! The owners Jason and Kara did an amazing job creating a holistic wellness routine with a lot of thought and work put into creating a unique experience. As a health care profession I am always looking for ways to optimize my health - R3 recovery has all the tools you need to help your body heal and energize your mitochondria! This studio is amazing. Very clean, staff is super friendly and professional. It is a great way to recover. I was a little concerned about the cold plunge but Kara coached me through it and now I am hooked. Such a great feeling! Definitely leave feeling lighter and ready for the next workout. Pro tip: this is also a great way to prepare for a long flight. I did this before leaving for a business trip to Europe and felt great! If only they had on in Heathrow for my layover!

R3 is such a gem! I came here after getting back from a girls trip to Mexico and this was the exact reset I needed after traveling. I started my flow with the compression boots, then sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, cold plunge again and ended with red light therapy. I love that they have two cold plunges at different temperatures, so you can choose your level of intensity or alternate between the two like I did.
The space itself is absolutely beautiful and tranquil, every detail feels intentional and calming. The location is also great and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. This has quickly become one of my favorite wellness spots in San Diego!
