The R3 Flow is the complete experience of physical and mental recovery and healing. When you visit R3, we take you through a flow of hot and cold modalities so you can reach your highest level of recovery, relaxation, and performance.
We start you out with compression therapy and then you flow through the infrared sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, back to the cold plunge, and complete your experience with red-light therapy.
