Refunds

At R3 Recover, every R3 Flow session is intentionally designed and reserved in advance to deliver a seamless,
high-quality experience. Because of the nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a session, package, or membership is purchased, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Missed appointments
  • Late arrivals
  • Changes in schedule or personal circumstances
  • Unused sessions or services

We encourage all clients to carefully review their booking details before completing a purchase.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that plans can change. When possible, we may allow rescheduling
with advance notice. Rescheduling eligibility, timeframes, and availability are determined at our discretion.

Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to attend your scheduled session may result in forfeiture of that session.

 

Memberships & Packages

All memberships, packages, and promotional purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expiration dates
apply where specified at the time of purchase.
