Important R3 Policies

To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort for all guests, please review the following policies before your visit:

 

Pre-Plunge Shower Required

All guests must rinse off in our onsite showers before entering any of the plunges—even if you're not using the sauna. This helps us maintain clean, clear water for everyone.

 

No Tanning Products Allowed in Plunges

For sanitary and equipment protection reasons, guests with spray tans, bronzers, or any type of tanning lotion will not be permitted to enter the cold or hot plunges. These products compromise water clarity and damage our filtration systems. If you have any of these on you can still use Compression, Sauna, and Red light Therapy. 

 

Proper Swimwear Required

Swimsuits, swim trunks, or bathing suits are required in all plunge pools. No pants, t-shirts, or workout gear are allowed in the tubs.
